The \"property experts\" say the market is declining due to more property coming onto the market than being sold creating a surplus.
However, in the last three months Sedge sales to new instructions was 96% and in July, the so called worst month, we listed 16 properties and sold 23!
The local market may be tough but it is still active providing you work hard and act pro-actively.
